In order to effectively carry out the company's 7S management work and create an orderly, efficient and safe working environment, Lefu Weighing Instruments organized the establishment of a 7S inspection team. On the afternoon of July 23, under the leadership of Special Assistant Xing, the 7s inspection team conducted the first inspection, and continued to carry out this inspection work.

This inspection mainly focused on the "7S" management requirements, and conducted a comprehensive special inspection of the inspection area.

Check area:

On the 6th floor of the main factory, there are blessing production workshops, warehouses, and offices;

On the 3rd floor of the main factory, there are production workshops, warehouses, and comprehensive offices;
 

R&D building 4th floor;

The new factory has 4 buildings on the 7th, 8th and 11th floors, and 3 buildings on the 6th floor of the Telford workshop.
 

During the on-site inspection, the inspection team supervised and urged all departments to actively carry out comparisons before and after improvement by fixed-point shooting and on-site recording of existing problems, so as to enhance the awareness of 7S management.

In this inspection work, we saw that various departments have implemented the 7s management work in place, but also found some problems.

The inspection team organized relevant problems into tables, communicated with various departments, proposed improvement points, and assisted various departments in rectification and improvement.
 

At the same time, the company will give circulars and praises to the departments with outstanding 7S management achievements, share experience and promote the application of good management methods, continuously promote the 7S management level of each department, and continuously train each family to organize, rectify, clean, clean, quality, Safe and economical behavior habits, thereby improving work efficiency and professionalism, and bringing various management levels to a new level.
