At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Yu Huayun, the general manager, delivered an important speech, leading everyone to review the history of Love Weighing Instruments from its establishment to 2020, take stock of the achievements in 2020, and put forward the requirements for the entire organization in 2021.

 

In the review, Mr. Yu said that after 17 years of unremitting efforts, the annual output value of Love Weighing Instruments has completed a jump from hundreds of thousands to several million, tens of millions, and then to 367 million in 2020; It has also increased from thousands, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, and millions to tens of millions today; the team has expanded from a few, dozens, and hundreds to the current thousands.
 
After 17 years of unremitting struggle, Lefu Weighing Instruments has achieved a high-level modern enterprise, an enterprise with high-quality organization and operation capabilities, and its comprehensive strength is already the first-class enterprise in the industry.

 

 

In the extraordinary year of 2020, we Lefu people have overcome difficulties, forged ahead and worked hard, and achieved outstanding results: sales exceeded 400 million yuan, and the profit target of 20 million yuan was achieved; we improved the organizational system, job responsibilities, performance system, Salary system, talent inventory, training system, planning and preparation of "Love College"; hardware research and development, introducing multiple innovative technologies; mastering the core technology of AI recognition projects, and applying for national patents; APP project development reached 100%; heat APP total users The energy cloud brand has accumulated a number of valuable resources and extended the new profitable business of "top-notch goods"; it has won the "Anker Excellent Quality Award" for the second consecutive year; Blessed Quality has won the "Huami Excellent Quality Award" and so on.

 
Mr. Yu said that the above achievements have well practiced the theme of Lefu's 2020 solidarity and cooperation high-quality implementation work year, and he also expressed his heartfelt thanks to all the Lefu family members who have made efforts.

 

 

While affirming the achievements in 2020, Mr. Yu also pointed out that we are still full of challenges in 2021, but our Lefu people already have the genes of the strong in their bones. Therefore, in 2021, we must go upstream and continue to be strong; we must continue to unite and cooperate with high-quality implementation; we must also practice the spirit of Love: challenge the limit, pursue the ultimate, practice bravely, and constantly surpass.


Therefore, we also put forward corresponding requirements for everyone's work in 2021, and firmly believe that on the basis of seventeen years of accumulation, we will set our goals, work hard, go all out, and pay close attention to implementation. The goal must be to complete the historical mission of the listing sprint year.

The rapid development of Lefu has condensed the joint efforts of all Lefu family members, especially the advanced people from all walks of life, which have played an important leading role. We also need such a group of outstanding people to drive everyone to create a better tomorrow together!
